Who take's the phone calls?
You take all the calls and deal direct with ever customer.
Where do the customer email enquiry's go?
We automatically forward all customer email enquiry's for your area(s) to you.
How much do I charge for a booking?
You charge your normal rates, you don't need to add anything on for us. It's your customer.
How do I get online bookings?
Online bookings are managed by us. We pass them to you via email. All online bookings are made at least 24 hours in advance. We take a 3% credit card transaction fee and a 2% admin fee on all online bookings.

Do you have account customers?
Yes we do and we are building our network all the time. As our network of taxi companies grows so will our account customer base.
How much does it cost?
Prices start from £10 per week +VAT, However some of the major towns and cities are slightly more expensive. Call us for price.
How often do I pay?
You pay monthly in advance of each month.
How do I pay?
We collect the money via standing order or direct debit.
How long does it take to set me up?
It normally takes about 2 days but sometimes we can get you set up same day.

What happens if I want to cancel?
You notify us and our partnership will finish at the end of the month.
Do I need an operator license?
Yes you do. You need to operate within the licenseing laws of your local authority.

As many as you like, as long as they are not already taken. Only 1 taxi company can operate each area.
